Our laboratory focuses on the entire realm of pancreatic neoplasia, with a particular focus on the malignant transformation of precancerous lesions into pancreatic adenocarcinoma, the earliest events underlying distant metastasis, and the contribution of the pre-metastatic microenvironment to disease progression. Findings from these efforts are then used to generate novel clinical trials in order to improve patient outcomes.
Translational Research Areas
Leveraging unique biobanking efforts with cutting edge technologies and diverse collaborations, our work encompasses cancer immunology, microbiome science, and novel animal modeling in order to advance early detection and treatment for pancreatic cancer.

Let’s Work Together
We’re always looking for new opportunities to expand our knowledge, and are eager to collaborate with groups with complementary areas of expertise. We are also happy to share our own expertise and resources with other research groups.
